Our concept proposal substantially enhances the existing exterior architecture to include a bold sliding glass roof for night sky gazing, a roof garden, a complete rework of the front elevation and a brand new stand alone garage building. The interior architecture to 3 floors is completely reworked, together with the interior detailing to include concept design for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, study & more.
